Teaching Parents The How-To’s Of Daily Online Security & Safety

Tag Archives: Bill Wardell

I have been thinking about all the good online friends I have made over the last 6 years hosting my weekly radio show. It has been such a great opportunity for me to learn and be able to share my own and my guests knowledge, wisdom, experiences and personal stories to my network (10’s of thousands) Amazing People who are really trying to Fight The Good Fight daily. Most of my OSAuthroty, CHWR and KOKS Radio shows are information packed in order to help parents everywhere to learn the How-To’s to protect their families!!!

Fight The Good Fight, by Triumph

Thank You to everyone for your support over the past six years and your continued support today!!! It means the world to me and especially my family who have supported DAD…. in his “Big Online Security Dream” even when it was sometimes a struggle to just keep our heads above water. There is never enough time in a day, but when you have a dream… 20 hour days are breeze when you know you’re making a real difference in the lives of families who need your message. When money has been tight I just kept plugging away every day and kept reassuring my wife that it would pay off sometime.

I have been paid back a hundred times over with the love and support of guests who have said they would gladly be on my show again, or who have asked to come back repeatedly. WOW! What a great feeling. A really BIG thanks to all those who have sent me their personal messages and emails of how they have been better parents, and how they were able to protect their families though the perils of the internet!!

Starting my 7th year as a Radio Security Journalist is very special to me and will allow me the opportunity to find others to help and meet new people from all over the United States and around the world!!!

Thanks again, your friend Bill Wardell…

How crazy it this… the last Monday MADDness of 2012!!

When I started building the Keeping Our Kids Safe system a few months ago… I hoped we would reach thousands of homes, families and parents around the world “never in my wildest imagination, did I think we could have accomplished so much in such a short time” it is thanks to all our fans, followers and supporters around the world!!!

I say, a very Big THANK You!!

Social-Networking-Safety

Social Networking Safety is an open forum for sharing the latest information, news and tools to help proactively keep our families safe in the ever-changing world of social networking.

With much to be gained from social media – the connectivity, the creativity, the education, the entertainment, the engagement – there is also much we need to proactively be prepared to protect ourselves and our families from. This includes, but is not limited to cyberbullying, identity theft, privacy issues and an adult-culture that doesn’t have our children’s best interests in mind. Thank you for being a part of this group. Together we can make a difference.

Some of my most favorite folks on the web are in this group :) and have been a part of it, since the beginning!

Preparing for a summer internship can be a daunting task, especially without any previous work experience.

After completing a number of summer internships, I’ve created this list of my top lessons learned to help smooth your transition into the workplace.
