The lesson plan teaches information every child needs to be aware of as they make their choices into their adulthood. Students will learn the knowledge that if they do not show restraint, they will be restrained by the Justice System.

This most powerful student lesson plan has students keep Word Wall List’s, as well as settings, character and Page Number List, which is provided in this lesson plans. You can have your students keep a page of list of Adverbs and a page of a list of Adjectives.

They should be required to have in their English section of their ring binder that they turn in every morning for points towards their daily average.

Lyrics for, KIDS HELPING KIDS

Verse 1
Dirty clothes, runny nose
Children cry, in the street
Love lost, at, such a cost
Why is the world, so mean

Chorus
With hearts of gold, you will, never grow old
When you, bring a smile, to a child
Spend sometime, to realize, we were all
Once, boys and girls

    We’re just kids helping kids
    We’re just kids helping kids

Verse 2
Cold, Cold nights, mom and dad fights
No place, to live
Scars of life, screams, cut like a knife
How much more, can they give

Chorus
With hearts of gold, you will, never grow old
When you, bring a smile, to a child
Spend sometime, to realize, we were all
Once, boys and girls

    We’re just kids helping kids
    We’re just kids helping kids

Solo

Verse 3, Rap Part
The same sad story about, love and pain
The saddest parts, picking up, what remains
Life goes on, it always does
Watching glass break, down on your luck
Loaded gun, what, ready to go, huh
Feeling so bad, hot to the core
Gotta help these kids, start with a plan
Our children’s future is in your hands

Chorus
    We’re just kids helping kids
    We’re just kids helping kids

    We’re just kids helping kids
    We’re just kids helping kids

    We’re just kids helping kids
    We’re just kids helping kids
